These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the furrymoon.pet website (“Platform”).

In these Terms & Conditions, Pharmdx Sdn Bhd (also referred to as “Pharm-Dx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the operator and manager of the Platform and the contracting party for all purchases made through the Platform.

The Furrymoon brand and all products made available on the Platform are owned, manufactured, and supplied by Attivo Healthcare Sdn Bhd (“Attivo”).
Both Pharmdx Sdn Bhd and Attivo Healthcare Sdn Bhd are members of the Pharm-D Health Science Group of companies.

By accessing or using this Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Pick-Up Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

1.0 General

1.1 Pharm-Dx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the Platform without prior notice.

1.2 Your continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform and notify us at hello@furrymoon.pet.

2.0 Platform Operation & Brand Ownership

2.1 Pharm-Dx operates and manages the Platform, including website administration, order processing, payment collection, customer service, and coordination of delivery, returns, and refunds.

2.2 Attivo is solely responsible for:

• Product formulation and manufacturing
• Quality control and safety
• Regulatory compliance

2.3 Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as Pharm-Dx being the manufacturer or brand owner of the products unless expressly stated.

3.0 Price and Product Information

3.1 All prices are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and may include applicable taxes. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

3.2 Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Pharm-Dx and stock availability.

3.3 Product images, descriptions, and media are for illustration purposes only. Actual packaging, colour, appearance, or design may vary.

3.4 Free gifts or promotional items (if any) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

4.0 Registration and Account

4.1 Customers may be required to register an account to access certain Platform features.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to safeguard your account credentials.

4.3 Pharm-Dx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

5.0 Online Orders & Payment

5.1 All orders must be paid in full at checkout using the payment methods made available on the Platform.

5.2 An order confirmation email will be issued once the order is successfully placed and accepted.

5.3 Pharm-Dx reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6.0 Order Cancellation

6.1 Requests for order cancellation must be submitted in writing to hello@furrymoon.pet.

6.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

7.0 Product Use & Disclaimer

7.1 Products sold on the Platform are intended for general pet wellness and nutritional support only.

7.2 Information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes and does not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7.3 Customers are advised to consult a qualified veterinarian before using any product, especially if pets have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, lactating, or receiving medication.

7.4 Neither Pharm-Dx nor Attivo provides any express or implied warranties for off-label, unintended, or improper use of products.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharm-Dx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

8.2 Pharm-Dx’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Product-related liability arising from manufacturing defects, quality issues, or regulatory non-compliance remains the responsibility of Attivo Healthcare Sdn Bhd, subject to applicable laws.

9.0 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and design, are owned by or licensed to Pharmdx Sdn Bhd and/or Attivo Healthcare Sdn Bhd.

9.2 No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9.3 Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10.0 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

10.2 Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10.3 Pharm-Dx may, at its discretion, require mediation or arbitration before court proceedings.
